SIGEEI is a scientific and technical management-support platform developed by the Federal University of Lavras. It is not an official ICMBio channel, system, or statement and does not replace regulations, guidance, forms, authorizations, or other official documents.

Its features are structured to apply current legislation and standards. Whenever an update or discrepancy exists, acts and documents published by the competent authorities always prevail.
